Partnership Box Ordering Tips

1.  Click on the Store Partner Login at the top and enter in your login and password. Please note: it is extremely important to login before placing your order. If you are not logged in, you will have to pay for your order at checkout.

2.   If it is your first time visiting, enter in the necessary information (shipping, contact, etc) into the database.

3.  When you are ready to shop, click on the Shop Now section and when you click on a product you will be able to see the wholesale prices.
 
4. To place a Partnership Box order, you can shop normally by simply clicking Add to Cart.
 
5. When you are finished ordering, click on View Cart to review all the items in your shopping cart. If you have everything there that you want, click on Proceed to Checkout.   

6. Now double check that your address is entered in the payment information area. (Don't worry, you do not have to pay now)
 
7. Click on Submit Information at the bottom.
 
8. Wait - you're not done yet...one more step! Review following page to ensure that Contact and Shipping Information is correct and  then click on Confirm Information.

We will be in touch within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your Partnership Box order with information on the next steps.

Ordering Tips and Tidbits

• Once logged in, if you are inactive for more than an hour, you are automatically logged off. So be sure that if you leave your computer for awhile, that you are indeed logged in (being logged in allows you to place your order without paying upon checkout.).
  

• You can tell if you are logged in by looking in the right-hand column above where it says Shop Now Home. If it doesn't say "Logout" and "Your Profile", then you're not logged in. Here's an image to the right with the red arrow circling what to what look for.

• Products remain in your cart for up to 7 days. So not to worry if you can't finish your order all at once. However, you do need to be using the same computer as it's a cookie based function.

• If you leave your computer and finish shopping later, please always remember to login - if you are not logged in, you will have to pay upon checkout. Remember, you can always login by clicking "Store Partner Login" at the top right in the burgundy area or by visiting www.partnersforjusttrade.org/login

• If you would like to order more than one color of an item, after adding the first color to your cart, hit the back arrow and order the next color.

• Ignore the shipping charges attached automatically to your order...we have put in a request to our web developer to change that.

• After receiving your order, we'll send you a confirmation within 2 business days (it's usually within a few hours!). In this email we'll also give you a financial breakdown on your order and send you your Partnership Box Agreement which you can dowload here.
